Before we get started on $$ things, I want you to know what kind of photographer I am

Your best friend.

I want to be your friend! We will email, call, text, FaceTime, and hopefully meet for an engagement session before your wedding day.

As your friend, I want you two to feel as comfortable as possible having me as your third wheel all day long. If you know me and you trust me, then I can tell your story exactly as it is!

A Storyteller.

I’m all about honest emotion, in-between moments and organic storytelling. No shot lists or prom poses from me! (Except for family photos of course, and maybe a couple formals for grandma’s fridge)

Once you book with me, I’m all in. Do you need help with location scouting? I’m on it! Do you need someone to pick up flowers or coffee? Call me! Send me your engagement session outfit ideas, and I’ll give you my honest opinion! I am your girl for whatever you need, whenever you need it!

Fill out a few questions for me in my contact form, and I will email you back ASAP with my availability and detailed pricing guide!

Choose a package >

We set up a time to chat about your needs, wants, and to answer any of your questions. You two choose a package. Or, just let me know what package you’re interested in.

Contract >

I will send over a proposal and contract for you both to look over and sign. An invoice is attached, and the retainer fee is due to make everything official and to hold your date!

The best part >

We can start planning your engagement session and I will send over questionnaires to better get to know you. A month or so before the wedding we have a planning session or two and then you get freaking married!!

Do you require a deposit to secure a wedding or photo session?

Yes! I require a $1000 non refundable retainer fee for weddings, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your date. And a 50% fee for photo sessions with the remainder due 7 days prior. This fee is required to reserve a full calendar date with me.

Are engagement sessions included in wedding packages?

Yes! Engagement sessions are included in all wedding and elopement packages, but sadly I don’t travel for them. So, check my travel schedule or meet me in SoCal and lets do it!

What if we are nervous to get our photos taken?

Try to think of it less as a photoshoot and more of a little adventure. I’ll just be third-wheeling :) Instead of poses, I will give you prompts and maybe some little games to play so I can just document you two being you with each other! Were just going to hang out and explore together!

How do I book with you?

Yay!! This is the super easy process: Click contact or book > fill out the little form as best you can > I will email you back to set up a time to talk on the phone (or not if you don’t want to) > we choose a package that best fits your needs > I send over a proposal, contract and invoice > you pay your non refundable retainer fee > officially booked! > We start planning details and getting to know each other!

How will our photos be delivered? And how many?

All edited galleries are delivered in high-res via an online gallery that will allow you to download to your computer or phone for printing and sharing! My contract includes a printing release so you can print your photos. For weddings I promise 50-100 or more photos per hour and for couples and families, 40-60 per hour. Turnaround time is 2 months for weddings and elopements and 2 weeks for all other sessions.

Where are you located and do you travel?

I am currently located in San Diego, CA. All travel costs are included with package prices, so no hidden fees. However, if I am traveling I might ask that you book me a room at the same place you are staying, but we can talk details later!

Do you work off a shot list for weddings?

I do and I don’t. I’ve shot enough weddings to have the “shot list” in my head. Things like: your details, the venue before guests arrive, first look, first dance etc, but essentially I’m just going to document everything. Everything that’s planned into your day plus the moments that aren’t, I will be there to capture it all. Don’t you worry.

Do you photograph more than just couples and weddings?

Yes! Even though I mainly focus on couples, weddings, and elopements, I’m here to document all the important moments in your life! I would love to chat about photo sessions for anniversaries, families, maternity, in-home sessions, lifestyle, honeymoons, vow renewals, boudoir, or editorials.
